By accessing or using the MakinaConvert website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
MakinaConvert provides website design, development, and related digital marketing services for home service and local professional businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed to by both parties.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved content, images, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing client materials may affect project timelines.
Fees are due according to the payment schedule in the project proposal. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Recurring services, such as care plans or lead generation retainers, are billed in advance and may be canceled with reasonable notice as described in the proposal.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final custom design and content developed specifically for their project. MakinaConvert retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, plugins, or software remain subject to their original licenses.
MakinaConvert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
While we design sites and campaigns to support your business goals, we do not guarantee specific results such as leads, rankings, conversions, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a project or recurring service with written notice. Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due, and any deposits already applied to work are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
